“Am I Afromerican?”

Anyone of African descent living in the Americas can be Afromerican.

Nature

First, good health and aligning with nature will elevate the best in us.

Culture

Second, culture’s key. Style, music, and art are parts of this lifestyle. Tech’s used for good, not just for profit. Music, slang, and design all rep the culture. Take root in spirit and hip-hop culture with respect for the world.

Diet

Third, eat naturally and prevent food waste.

In addition, avoid processed foods or those with origins in slavery and colonialism. Eat at a minimum- ideally not at all.

Our diet’s based on real food- organic and fair traded. Try vegan, vegetarian, and native foods. Ideally, at least once a week. If one does consume meat, eat ethically and try non-GMO if possible. It’s not required, do your best!

Economics

Fourth, financial literacy builds wealth, and financial freedom’s the goal.

Politics

Finally, there’s no political party. Consequently, there’s political education, like reading key books. In addition, we vote and run for office. Free the people and the land from oppressors big and small. After all, everything’s politics.
